all rolled into one…

Wassup folks. Well as u can see GET.com is finally back on the map! Yay! Yea, I know, it took forever but Ive had alot going on these last few weeks. As well as you can see, everything has been redesigned. I think everything is functional but I’m still tweaking things here and there so bare with me. Nevertheless, I’m here So…whats been going on in my world? Wow. So much has transpired since the last time I was able to blog. Well, I became a aunt…again! As well as a great aunt! Woo hoo! Two new additions to the family. The first was my niece Ms Cambria Lashay born Aug 29th 2011 and the 2nd was my great nephew Mr Mar’Shaun Taliq born Nov 7th 2011. Both of them are truly a blessing and I’m thrilled at their births!

OK so what else? My mom and I went to Atlantic City for the weekend. That was pretty cool. I’m not a gambler but it was still nice to get away for a bit. We went to a female impersonator show. For all those on the short bus…Drag Queens! Lol. It was awesome!! OMG! “Joan Rivers” was the MC for the night and it was so hilarious. We got some great shots with them as well. I took a bunch of photos while we were there. I’ll post them up in my gallery for everyone. Outside of that, it was a pretty lax 2 weeks. Just chilled out at home with the family. I came back home yesterday but I go back next Tues for Thanksgiving week so Im excited about that.

Also, Ive met someone new in my life. *applause please* LOL. For the moment, we will just call him “Guns”. Everything is still fresh and new so I cant really say too much about it right now. But its really intense and seems like a pretty good prospect so far so we will just see where it goes and what happens with that. He makes me smile though and that’s a good thing because its been a while since anyone really made me smile and think, “hmmm…just maybe…”  so I will keep my fingers crossed. I gotta make sure that the person I’m seeing is the real him and not his representative. And don’t trip, we all know in the first beginnings of things people try to keep their “representative” out front until they get you hooked then once they got you they turn into the Exorcist and flip the script ha ha. He seems pretty genuine though so as I said, we will see. Ive already let him know that its not gonna be an easy road because I’ve got alot of battle scars and war wounds therefore I’m skeptical of everything. But he says hes here for the long haul and doesn’t scare easily so I guess we will find out, huh? I really do like him so hopefully everything will work out. I know there’s alot of my male associates & hopefuls saying “sonofa…” right now but oh well. You snooze, you lose. Everyone has the same opportunity in my book so if you choose to squander your chance away and someone else walks up and steps in… don’t hate. You had the chance to do it and chose not to. Sorry. Your loss. Because although I may not be perfect, some parts of me a pretty damn awesome. LMAO. Anyway, lemme get my butt off here and go fix something to eat. I had some more stuff I wanted to talk about but I really dont remember what it is right now so, hell with it. Im just happy I finally got my site back up. Until later folks….Be Good!
