Being here in Hawaii has opened my eyes to a few things. Not gonna write a long blog, just wanted to share a thought. I now know what the phrase “Eyes wide shut” means. To me Eyes wide shut means going into a situation knowing exactly what the outcome will be but going into thinking that theres something you can do to change it. Its like knowing what will happen but at the same time thinking that something different is going to happen regardless. Stupid huh? Sometimes as humans we have a tendency to fall victim to the delusions of our own minds. I guess as humans we all tend to err huh? Oh well, chalk it up to the game and keep it moving. If only it was really that simple. That statement would be easy if we didnt have to worry about one small thing….feelings. Peace Out.
